SACW helps people of South Asian origin Bangladesh, Bhutan, Fiji, India, Mauritius, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka who live in Windsor-Essex.
We also provide support and services to individuals residing in the Ford City neighborhood.

What language support do you offer at your centre?
We offer supports in Bangla/Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Nepalese, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu languages.

Do you provide services and support for international students?
We offer information, education, and support services through our SAHARA program. Please email us at info@sacwin.org to book an appointment for individual support.
Do you offer volunteer/community service hours /internships/placement/ opportunities?
Yes, we offer variety of opportunities to get involved, receive training as well as Canadian experience for newcomers. Please email us at info@sacwin.org to get more information.
Do you accept donations?
We accept clothing, gift cards, and monetary donations through our website (Donate link button) as well as via cheque payable to South Asian Centre of Windsor.
Is your Centre accessible by bus?
Yes. We have a bus stop in front of the centre. We also have a car park in front of the centre with a spot assigned for those with disabilities with an accessible parking permit.
Is there a cost to register to your programs?
Our information, education and support services are free. There is a membership fee to participate in special events/programs for which registration is required.

Do you help in filling out forms for visa or government forms?
We can clarify and provide information about the various government programs. However, we do not fill out forms or application for you.
Do you help people experiencing violence, racism, or mental health issues?
We provide education, information, and support to access the right support for your problem. We connect you to others in the community who provide specialized services in this area.

Our main office is located at 4045 Seminole St. Windsor, ON N8Y 4W4. Our drop-in services are from 1 PM to 5PM. Monday to Friday.
