Since 1986, South Asian Centre of Windsor has been serving the South Asian community in Windsor. With rapid growth in the community in the last 5 years, we are seeing new and emerging needs, such as seniors wellness support services, youth and women’s empowerment, food insecurity for newcomer international students and rise in hate, racism and discrimination. South Asian Centre of Windsor continues to advocate to eliminate systems of economic, social, and political oppression and so each of us in Windsor-Essex feel fully valued, included and integrated in the community.

Our current campaigns

1. Building Fund: Owning our own permanent place to establish our presence and continue to serve our communities. 
2. Emergency Fund: Supporting low- income South Asian youth and families during emergencies ( death, loss of employment or medical issues)
3. Community-based research Fund: Supporting  our research and education initiatives that are relevant and impact the South Asian community in Windsor-Essex.
