Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together (SMART) Session

Join us for a valuable community event focused on fall prevention, hosted by the South Asian Centre of Windsor and the VON SMART Program. This informative session will take place on January 31, 2025, from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at the Gino and Liz Marcus Community Complex in the Drouillard Room (1168 Drouillard Rd, Windsor, ON N8Y 2R1).

During the event, attendees will learn important tips and techniques to help prevent falls and improve overall safety. Participants will also receive complimentary Fall Prevention resources provided by the VON SMART Program. To ensure an interactive and engaging experience, there will be a movement break—so please wear comfortable attire and appropriate footwear.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your community and gain valuable insights on fall prevention, helping to
promote health and safety for everyone. It takes a community to prevent falls!
